Why do people complain about cops being on property with a warrant?

if the cops or bounty hunter have a search warrant or warrant for arrest, why do people complain about them being on the property? It makes them look guilty or that they aren't willing to help the further investigation. Wouldn't you want to help get another criminal off the streets?
