Why is Israel chasing Asia 1 aid convoy in International waters?

I'm sure it depends on whether they comply with international law and allow the boat to be searched first or if they choose to follow the Turkish convoy's example and promise non-violent disobedience only to initiate violence and bloodshed as soon as they are boarded for search.
