How do you get to this quest in world of warcraft?

Ok im in Northern Stranglethorn doing the Mosh'ogg Bounty quest but Ive tried everything to get up that facking mountain its just not happening. I even went into the mine aswel but too many dead ends so Im just wondering how you get up there to the quest? Hope someone can help its infuritating me now!
