Ok so I've been having alot of trouble sleeping over the last couple years. When I go to bed my minds starts wandering and I can't stop it. And on top of that I NEVER feel tired. My eyelids are never heavy, and I always seem to move around trying to get comfortable. Some nights I stay up till 3-4 am. I've tried sleeping pills (which do nothing), relaxing sounds and sleep help apps on my phone. Nothing works. I plan to see a doctor but haven't yet. Any suggestions?
