Where can i get the feathers that dog the bounty hunter wears in his hair? and how do they work?

i would like to be able to buy some indian looking feather type things to wear in my hair that you see in dog the bounty hunters hair in his show. i would also like to know how they work. do they tie in, glue in or something else?
