What is this movie!? Please help!!?

It takes place in the west. There are like three brothers. One is like mental, normal, and bad. The normal one needs to find his mental brother and kill his bad brother for a bounty or something? It goes something like that, but it is really good. I have zero clue what the title is though, but if you could help me out that would be awesome.
