Is it normal to bleed after sex?

I'm not a virgin (haven't been since 5 due to molesting grandpa) but when I met my first boyfriend he just didn't wait long enough for me to get wet (since it had been years since an actual penis was inside of me) and I coud see that I could bleed. But now I hooked back up with him a month ago and I was really wet and I bled again and had a lot of pain. (But it had been a year without actual sex, we would just pet or cuddle) So I'm wandering if something is wrong with me? Should I see a doctor for this problem?
