How does bail bondman and the bounty hunter make money?

Ok I am just curious if I am a bounty hunter and a bail bondman calls me and tells me that a guy on a $500,000 bonds has skip town. I the bounty hunter catches the guy how much do I get for finding the guy and bring him in.
