How can i get my gecko to eat?

My gecko is about 6 months old and she was fine for like the first 5 months. Recently i noticed she's been walking on her front legs funny. I'm pretty sure she has MBD so i have been putting calcium stuff on her food. I noticed the problem maybe 2 weeks ago. The main problem i have is i can't get her to eat the crickets/ worms. I know that MBD causes loss of appetite but I have no clue exactly how to get her to eat. I've been soaking her in warm water to help her digestive system. I finaly got her to eat one cricket with powder on it yesterday. I was just wandering if there is anything more I can do to get her to eat. Your help is really appreciated!:)
