A few years ago there was a music video that I saw on Fuse. I would like to know what the song is.?

The video starts with a boy in a bookstore who falls into the story he's reading about an old man in a forest. As he wanders through the world of the book, he runs into various characters (all played by the band members) and asks them how to get to the exit. In the end the boy turns into the old man. Something like that. I can't for the life of me remember what the song is called, how it goes, or who plays it, but I remember liking it and would like to hear it again.
