Dolphin Emulator help please?

Okay, so at the menus it's like at around 80-100% speed. Then when I get to games, it slows down to 50-60%... The games this happened to me in are Pac Man World 2 and Star Wars Bounty Hunter... Why doesn't it do this for my N64 games?
