Are there bounty hunter cliches to avoid?

Okay, we've all read/seen a story with a bounty hunter: whether it be Star Wars, Avatar: The Last Airbender, westerns...etc (couldn't come up with anymore ideas :P). Anyway, I might just toss the whole bounty hunter thing if people are too tired of it! I'm trying to throw in a few new, interesting hook to bounty hunters, and to do so, I need to know the bounty hunter cliches. So, do you guys know of any true-blue bounty hunter cliches?
